PUBLIC WEBSITE
Privacy notice
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This notice covers the public Kadpex website and its contact form. It does not describe the separate data-processing terms that will apply to estate agencies using the Kadpex application.
Information collected through the contact form
If you contact Kadpex through the website, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, agency, email address, optional phone number, reason for contact and message. We use that information to review and respond to your enquiry and to manage any related follow-up.
How contact submissions are handled
Contact submissions are sent through a server-side Kadpex contact service and delivered to the Kadpex Support mailbox. The form uses validation, rate limiting and anti-bot controls. The service may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, to protect the form against abuse and repeated automated submissions.
Technical hosting data
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site and contact service, such as IP addresses, request timestamps and diagnostic logs.
Cookies and analytics
Kadpex does not currently add advertising or analytics cookies to this public site. If analytics or other non-essential tracking is introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Marketing
Submitting a contact enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing communications. If Kadpex introduces marketing subscriptions later, they will be presented separately.
Application and pilot data
The Kadpex application is designed around tenant isolation, governed access and explicit operational authority. Before public customer onboarding, separate commercial privacy, data-processing and retention terms will be published for the application and pilot programme.
Contact
Privacy and website enquiries can be sent through the contact form on the Kadpex website or to support@kadpex.com.
Changes
This notice will evolve as the public website and pilot programme develop. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
